Meals: Dinner
Overnight: Cairo Hotel
After a delightful breakfast, meet your private Egyptologist guide and begin your historical honeymoon at the world’s most iconic archaeological site: the Giza Pyramids.
Giza Pyramids Complex
A golden, celestial wonder built around 2600 BC, the necropolis honors the royal members of the 4th Dynasty and showcases the artistic brilliance and architectural genius of ancient Egypt.
Great Pyramid of King Khufu (2609–2584 BC)
Completed around 2570 BC under the supervision of Hemiunu, this masterpiece reigned for over 3,800 years as the tallest man-made structure on earth and remains the only surviving Wonder of the ancient Seven. Rising 147 m (481 ft) and weighing about 6 million tons, it comprises roughly 2.3 million limestone blocks and—per tradition—was built by 400,000 free workers. Inside are burial chambers for the king and his queen.
The Great Sphinx
Hewn from a single limestone outcrop, the Sphinx continues to inspire awe for its antiquity, scale, and mystique. Measuring 73 m (240 ft) long and 19 m (66 ft) high, it depicts a lion’s body with the head of Pharaoh Khafre, symbolizing strength and wisdom. In Arabic, it’s Abu al-Hawl (“Father of Terror”).
The Valley Temple
Adjacent to the Sphinx, this remarkably preserved Old Kingdom monument hosted rituals of immortality—including the “Opening of the Mouth” ceremony—and the mummification of 4th-dynasty royals.
The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)
Step into a monumental gateway to 5,000+ years of innovation and artistry. Highlights include the Hanging Obelisk, the colossal Statue of Ramesses II, ten statues of King Senusert, the breathtaking Grand Staircase, the Victory Column of King Merneptah, statues of Ptolemaic kings and queens, the glittering Royal Regalia, and countless treasures within the Grand Atrium & Gift Hall.
VIP tickets are available for access to additional exclusive artifacts—please contact us for details.
Enjoy a romantic lunch with views of the Nile or the Pyramids, then continue your day.
Saqqara Step Pyramid
Visit the groundbreaking Step Pyramid of Djoser (2686–2648 BC)—the earliest colossal stone building in Egypt—constructed 2670–2650 BC by the legendary architect Imhotep. Soaring 62 m in six steps, it marks the dawn of a new architectural era.
Ancient Memphis
Conclude at Memphis, founded by King Menes (c. 3200–3000 BC) as Egypt’s first capital under the protection of Ptah, god of craftsmen and creation. Its great temple, Hut-Ka-Ptah, was rendered in Greek as Ai-Gy-Ptos, the root of the modern name “Egypt.”
After a day immersed in the pharaohs’ immortal legacies, return to your Cairo hotel for a restful evening together.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Overnight: Cairo Hotel
After breakfast with your beloved, check out and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, meet your private Egyptologist guide and begin the next chapter of your romantic adventure among Aswan’s timeless treasures.
Aswan High Dam
One of Egypt’s greatest modern engineering feats, constructed in the 1960s. This monumental dam harnessed the Nile’s power for electricity and created Lake Nasser, safeguarding Egypt from destructive floods for generations to come.
The Unfinished Obelisk
An unfinished masterpiece commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC), intended to rise at Karnak Temple. Measuring 41.75 m (137 ft), it still lies in its bedrock after cracks appeared during carving. This open-air site reveals the tools, techniques, and ingenuity of ancient Egyptian stonecutters.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal at a local Aswan restaurant.
Philae Temple
A mystical sanctuary dedicated to Isis, goddess of motherhood and magic. Built during the Ptolemaic era (380–362 BC), its walls narrate epic tales—including the resurrection of Osiris, symbolizing the eternal cycle of life, death, and rebirth.
As evening approaches, check in to your 5★ Aswan hotel to relax and savor the serenity of this ancient city together.
